The atmosphere created was special! The double room we stayed in was extremely spacious with good beds. Had such facilities, like a sofa bed, central heating, an iron and ironing board.

Booked it for our trip and had a really comfortable stay here. The room we booked was bright and top-class with the terrace, nice decor, for instance. The staff were accommodating and amicable and had a sense of humour. Loved the location right by the river.

The staff at Hugo Homestay were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. The location of the homestay was beautiful, situated next to the national park and the lively town center. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the bus stop, even during the late hours of the night.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast are some of the best aspects of this homestay. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the fridge and the loungers by the pool, which was always kept clean.

The main disappointment was that the pool water was murky and seemed unhealthy to swim in. the toiletries were not provided as advertised and the bathroom in the family room had a horrible smell.

The hotel's location near the river and the public bus line was perfect for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, providing an excellent breakfast and ensuring the hotel facilities were clean and functional.
